KHS Teacher Wins Web Design Award.

KHS is happy to announce Mrs. Keitzman has won a Web design award for her work on the planmysite website.

Recently, one of the Websites for which she created the content was awarded the "Best in Class" award. While this is a team effort, the quality of the content is a key component to winning the award. KHS is happy to announce Mrs. Keitzman has won a Web design award for her work on the planmysite website.

Many of our community may not know that during Mrs. Kietzman's free time she works as a freelance writer. She also writes educational materials along with the Web writing. She has written hundreds of standardized questions in English, Math and Science for CTB McGraw-Hill and has also written educational materials for Remedia Publications, including a book of high-interest/low-reading ability mini-mysteries and the accompanying pre-reading materials and follow-up questions.

You can check out the site that won the award and check out the rest of the team at http://planmysite.com/about-new-jersey-web-design-company.

We congratulate Mrs. Keitzman for award and appreciate all the special skills she brings to our classrooms!

Freedom Shrine - Class of 2010

The Class of 2009 preserves history for future students by the donation of historical documents.  The Freedom Shrine is a collection of original historic American documents photographically reproduced that originated from the Freedom Train that toured the nation in 1947. KHS would like to thank the Class of 2009 for this important part of history that can be seen outside the student services office.
